ARTTIA is a creative ceramics studio in Funchal, founded by Petra Hoffmannova.

Petra, originally from the Czech Republic, has over 25 years of experience as a ceramic artist and a successful teaching career—her Czech studio ARTETTA is well-known in Liberec. After moving to Madeira in early 2023, she opened ARTTIA to share her love of pottery and artistic creation with the local community. The studio offers workshops, ceramic experiences, and art activities for all ages in a warm, welcoming environment.

With a background in Textile Design Engineering and extensive teaching experience, Petra guides everyone from beginners to advanced creators in exploring new ceramic techniques and making their own artwork.
